Paramedics and search crews scrambled to pick up an injured mountain biker near Kamloops this past weekend. Emergency crews were called to the Tranquille area for a rider with a suspected spinal injury on Saturday, May 17, according to a Kamloops Search and Rescue social media post. There are multiple mountain bike trails in the Tranquille and Dew Drop area, and it's not clear exactly where mountain biker was injured. The extent of the rider's injuries aren't known and BC Ambulance Service did not immediately respond to an inquiry from iNFOnews.ca.
