The cause of an early morning blaze at a Vernon vehicle graphic and protection business is considered suspicious.
Emergency crews were called to a fire Sunshine Graphics at 4504 31 Street at approximately 5 a.m. today, Sept. 4, according to an RCMP media release.
When fire fighters arrived the building was already engulfed in flames. The building was gutted by the blaze. No one was hurt.
RCMP said while a cause hasn't been determined yet, the fire has been deemed as suspicious. The investigation continues.
The owners posted to social media that although the business is gone, they plan to be back on their feet as soon as possible.
“Thank you to everyone for the kind words and well wishes… Any of your support helps even just a share to spread the word,” reads to post.
Anyone with information related to the suspected arson fire is asked to contact Vernon RCMP at 250-545-7171 and quote file #2024-15088.
