The skier who went missing from Sun Peaks Resort earlier this week has been found dead.
Tomasz Jaholkowski, 68, was found dead near the resort, according to a press release from Tk’emlúps Rural RCMP.
Police do not suspect any criminality. The BC Coroners Service is currently investigating.
“The Tk’emlúps Rural RCMP Detachment offers its condolences to the man’s family and friends,” the release read.
He was last seen at Sun Peaks Ski Resort checking into a run at 11:35 a.m. on Dec. 10.
Kamloops Search and Rescue, police and Sun Peaks Ski Patrol searched for Jaholkowski, including using drones and helicopters.
