iN VIDEO: Woman stops Kamloops traffic to help senior on stuck mobility scooter
A Kamloops man was driving in the city Wednesday when he witnessed an act of kindness, and the special moment was captured on his dash cam. Jobin George Easwarankudiyil slowed to stop at a red light on Columbia Street, July 3, when the vehicle in front of him, that had already passed through the intersection, stopped and  for no immediately apparent reason. Then the driver jumped out of her vehicle to help a senior on an electric mobility scooter who was stuck. “I was coming down the hill and I noticed the vehicle in front of me stopping and an old lady on the sidewalk had her scooter stuck, she could have fallen onto the road,” Easwarankudiyil said. “It was tough for the driver to manage the scooter but she was able to straighten it out and push it onto the next piece of sidewalk. It was so good to see good to see the kindness, shout out to this good lady."  The kind driver has not been identified.
