The Winter Wonderland Gala returns in November to raise money for cancer care at the Penticton Regional Hospital.
Early bird tickets are on sale for the event described as Penticton’s Biggest Night Out which aims to raise funds for the more than $10 million oncology campaign for patients undergoing cancer treatments, according to a South Okanagan Medical Foundation media release.
The night will begin with cocktails and winter-themed photos and includes a silent auction, raffles and prizes throughout the evening.
"We are pulling out all the stops for this magical night," medical foundation CEO Ian Lindsay said in the release.
Rann Berry and his seven piece band, known as The Random Act, will be preforming for guests during the event to keep spirits high and the dancing lively.
"It is a night to get dressed up and celebrate with friends and family. We will transform the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre into a Winter Wonderland — you won’t want to miss it," Lindsay said.
Tickets for the ball are on sale for $175.00. each. The gala is on Nov. 23 and will begin at 4:45 p.m. Dinner will be provided at 6 p.m. and the event will conclude at 11 p.m.
