Award-winning artist Dan Mangan is performing in Lake Country this fall. Mangan is putting on two shows at the Creekside Theatre in November, according to a press release.  Tickets are $49 each and go on sale this morning at 10 a.m. “I first saw him in Victoria a decade ago,” Lake Country’s Cultural Development Coordinator Ryan Donn said in the release. “I appreciate his on-stage style and his artist advocacy – co-founding Side Door and ensuring artists keep their full merchandise sales.” Side Door is a platform for facilitating shows for artists and hosts with the goal to, “democratize and decentralize the entertainment industry by allowing non-traditional spaces to be venues.” READ MORE: Kelowna’s Rock the Lake festival lineup and date change announced https://infotel.ca/newsitem/kelownas-rock-the-lake-festival-lineup-and-date-change-announced/it104219 Mangan co-founded Side Door with Laura Simpson in 2017. Mangan is a two-time Polaris Music Prize and two-time JUNO award winner. He lives in Vancouver with his wife and two sons and has toured around the world.
