Award-winning artist Dan Mangan is performing in Lake Country this fall.
Mangan is putting on two shows at the Creekside Theatre in November, according to a press release.
Tickets are $49 each and go on sale this morning at 10 a.m.
“I first saw him in Victoria a decade ago,” Lake Country’s Cultural Development Coordinator Ryan Donn said in the release. “I appreciate his on-stage style and his artist advocacy – co-founding Side Door and ensuring artists keep their full merchandise sales.”
Side Door is a platform for facilitating shows for artists and hosts with the goal to, “democratize and decentralize the entertainment industry by allowing non-traditional spaces to be venues.”

Mangan co-founded Side Door with Laura Simpson in 2017.
Mangan is a two-time Polaris Music Prize and two-time JUNO award winner.
He lives in Vancouver with his wife and two sons and has toured around the world. Mangan has also scored movies and TV series including "Hector and The Search for Happiness".
