RCMP ask for help to find missing elderly Penticton man

RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 85-year-old Penticton man. Balthasar Eiriz was last seen at around 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6, in the area of Power Street and Lakeshore Drive in Penticton, according to an RCMP media release. His family and friends are extremely concerned because he has dementia. RCMP describe Eiriz as an 85-year-old Caucasian male, 4’9” tall, with grey hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, grey sweat pants and a blue hat with the word ‘police’ on it.
