One person has been seriously injured and another died in an ATV accident near Enderby last night.
Vernon Search and Rescue public relations member Trevor Honigman said the crew was dispatched last night to an accident.
An RCMP spokesperson confirmed this afternoon, April 17, that an accident occurred involving an single ATV with two occupants at the Cooke Creek Forest Service Road.
One person died and another was sent to hospital with serious injuries. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the incident, he said.
The RCMP is expected to release more information on the incident this afternoon, April 17.
