A mansion on Shuswap Lake is for sale for $30 million with interest coming from some recognizable names.
The listing agent for the property, Annette Cosens, said there has been interest from some notable buyers.
“We’ve had a lot of interest. It's promoted internationally. My latest report says close to 80 people have inquired. One of them is named Shania, not sure if their last name is Twain," Cosens said.
"Elon Musk emailed me directly to see if I could reserve it for his sons, it’d be down the road when they would be ready to buy. He said he’d give me a Tesla if I did. We’ve had a lot of interest.”

The 11 bedroom, 15 bathroom mansion sits on 73 acres with 1,200 feet of shoreline.
This is the most expensive property Cosens has ever listed and expects it to be on the market for more than a year.
Since the property is outside of municipal jurisdiction it is exempt from the foreign buyers ban so it has been advertised internationally.
Cosens said the owner has only spent about two weeks in the home since it was built.
