No these photos weren't taken last spring. They're from this past weekend as rain and gloom engulfed the Okanagan valley. Kelowna and West Kelowna were buried in over 15 centimetres of fresh snow just last week, but the warm temperatures and accompanying rain over the weekend changed that in drastic fashion. In some places grass can be seen peeking through the melting snow and slush.
