Photographers in the Kamloops and Okanagan area were able to capture photos of February's full Snow Moon this month, despite periodic cloud cover. The full Snow Moon reached its peak illumination early Saturday morning giving area sky watchers a few weekend nights to enjoy it. This year February's moon was also a micromoon being the farthest point on its axis from Earth, but as you can see some shutterbugs got some clear views of it appearing big and bright.  The next full moon is on March 25.
