About a quarter of all the vineyards and wineries in the Okanagan are for sale but few rival the Duncan Vineyard Estate in cost at $15 million. Of the 41.5 acres, 34 acres are outside the Agricultural Land Reserve, according to the listing with Engel & Volkers out of Vancouver.
