One person is dead after a single vehicle collision in Kamloops this morning.
The vehicle left the road on Dalhousie Drive, where it ended up in a plaza parking lot, according to Kamloops RCMP.
Its sole occupant was found to be dead at the scene.
Kamloops RCMP responded to the crash today, May 5, around 8:30 a.m., where they continue to investigate what caused the crash.
The B.C. Coroners Service is also on the scene, and police are asking the public to avoid the area.
