Warmer than normal weather through weekend in Kamloops, Okanagan

Temperatures could reach as high as 18 Celsius in the coming days in Kamloops as the weather continues to be warmer than normal for late March.

The Environment Canada forecast shows the Okanagan a couple of degrees cooler most days.

Kamloops is expected to reach 18 C tomorrow, March 25, and again on Tuesday with temperatures of 15 C to 16 C on the other days.

The normal temperatures for this time of year are daytime highs of 13 for Kamloops and a degree or two cooler for the Okanagan. Both regions have normal overnight lows of 0 C.

Overnight lows are forecast to be in the 2 C to 6 C range for the coming week.

There should be a mix of sun and clouds most days although there’s a 60% chance of showers throughout the region on Sunday.
