Neighbours report arson at a home in Kamloops last night
Neighbours report two men set a house in Kamloops ablaze last night. Two men reportedly jumped out of a truck and lit a house on fire on Valhalla Drive around 1 a.m. Kamloops RCMP and Kamloops Fire Rescue were unable to confirm any details and declined to comment. Neighbours reported seeing the men throw a gas can at the home, burning a portion of the front of the house and possibly damaging a Jeep in the driveway. This house is known to have problems, and police patrol it regularly if not nightly, according to neighbours. One unnamed neighbour said they usually keep to themselves but this makes it “everybody’s problem.” This is reportedly the same house where a murder took place in May 2023.
